課程概述

本課程主要在介紹全面品質管理的原理原則，相關的管理演進與方法，及其在健康照護機構的實際應用，內容包含從品管圈、專案改善到服務品質模式、標竿學習、各種品質管理的模式，以及加入品質管理之實際運用的各種工具、手法及進階的應用，以及國內外健康照護機構與企業界的個案討論。
The purpose of this course is designed to introduce basic principles, theories and applications of total quality management in health care organization including topic of quality control circle, project improvement, service quality model, benchmarking and implementation model as well as tools, techniques and advanced applications in health care organization and other industries. 

課程目標
 1. 能敘述健康照護組織與(品質)管理之重要概念與理論。
2. 希望將品管之理論與實務相配合，將品管工具與技巧，應用到健康照護機構
1. Describe the key concepts and theories of health care organizations and quality management.
2. To combine quality management theories, tools, and techniques with field practice and apply to health care organizations.

 健管所碩博士班研究生及其他有興趣參與之學生。
